Kualifikasi:

• Maximal 32 years old
• Experienced as head of creative marketing minimal 2 years
• Experienced working in school is a must
• Have a great eye on creative works
• Bachelor degree majoring from Graphic Design Visual Comm or Marketing Communication is a plus point
• Have knowledge of photography, videography, lighting techniques and broadcasting
• Familiar with pre-production, production and post production processes
• Capable in operation multimedia programs (Ai, Ps, Pr, Ae)
• Dynamic, fast learner, easy to adapt and excellent on attitude
• Have the ability to do multitaskin

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Create and manage monthly work plans for Creative and Marketing/Admission departments.
• Make marketing & acceptance planning and ensure its implementation is on target (acceptance of new students)
• Create and ensure that the SOP Creative & Marketing Departements is running smoothly.
• Create and monitor graphic designs and video editing for the needs of social media, events, or printing for Kids Republic & Gymnastic Academy
• Create and manage social media content and Mailchimp Kids Republic & Gymnastic in accordance with the achievements and targets of marketing and program/school development.
• Make budgeting and LPJ activities Creative & Marketing Departements.
• Create content and operate the Kids Republic website for marketing & creative purposes.
• Directing and monitoring team performance to be effective and quality.
• Make sure Kids Republic & Gymnastic Academy activities documented by Photo & Videographer (technical support).
