Persyaratan

• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred.
• High school/technical secondary school diploma (SMA/SMK) or above, majoring in architectural engineering, interior design, or related fields; at least 1 year of on-site construction management experience; excellent fresh graduates may be considered for training and negotiation.
• Able to independently read construction drawings and proficient in basic CAD drawing interpretation.
• Able to be stationed at the project site, adaptable to on-site work schedules, hardworking, strong execution skills, and possess strong team coordination and communication abilities.
• Meticulous and responsible, principled, familiar with construction processes and acceptance standards, and capable of handling basic on-site issues.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Thoroughly understand construction drawings, specifications, and atlases; responsible for the construction arrangement of each process on-site.
• Manage on-site construction teams, rationally allocate personnel, machinery, and materials, closely monitor construction progress, and ensure the project progresses according to schedule.
• Control construction quality throughout the entire process, supervise key processes on-site, cooperate with the client and supervisor for acceptance, and urge rectification and closure of quality issues.
• Conduct on-site safety and civilized construction inspections, identify safety hazards, implement safe operating procedures, maintain construction logs and safety inspection records, and prevent illegal construction.
• Verify on-site work quantities, miscellaneous labor, and machinery usage; assist in handling on-site visas and work quantity statistics; control material losses; and cooperate in cost reconciliation.
• Organize construction process documents, liaise with the project department, supervisor, client, and subcontractors, and promptly report various on-site issues and construction progress.
• Complete other on-site management related tasks assigned by the project manager.
