Kualifikasi:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field isrequired for this position
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Experience in preparing quality, healthy focus varied and balanced menus (indonesian food, western food, chinese food)
- Excellent communication skill and leadership quality
- Set goals and be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen
- Menu development and planning
- Compile all food orders, ensuring that food standars and cost are within set
- Ensure that stocks and wastag, food standars are controlled
- Ensure that health, hygiene and food safety standars are maintained in accordance with company policy and laws
- Ability work and cope with busy environment
