Deskripsi Pekerjaan Strategic Formulation: Formulate and develop mid- to long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's vision, mission, and objectives. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities and risks. Design and lead the initial implementation of both organic and inorganic growth strategies, including market expansion, service innovation, and potential business acquisitions. Identify opportunities for innovation and digitalization to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. Manage strategic communications with all stakeholders related to transformation initiatives. Prepare strategic reports and analyses for management, board of directors, and board of commissioners. Strategic Partnership: Analyze new business opportunities and assess their alignment with the company's capabilities. Establish and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's business portfolio, maximizing synergy, profitability, and competitiveness across private and public sectors. Budgeting: Oversee the budgeting process in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop financial models, business cases, and profitability projections. Strategic Intiative Implementation: Design and implement change management programs to ensure successful execution of new strategies. Incubate and drive implementation of initiatives derived from strategic partnerships or key project deliveries.
