Posisi: ASSISTANT MANAGER
Lokasi: Jombang, Jawa Timur

Persyaratan:

Male, below age 35 years old
Bachelor Degree. Majoring Mechanical
Engineering/Electrical preferred, other major also welcomed
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferrably as a Assistant Manager at Manufacture Industry.
Good management and leadership skills
Active English is a must, both verbal and written.
Motivated to learn and find solutions to problems, and can work as team.
Willing to be placed in Mojoagung, Jombang, East Java.
Interview in English

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Organize operational culture / habit to ensure high performance standard from all employees, which includes upholding teamwork, effective communication, consistent Bositive result, and continuous improvement.
Consolidate required report and submit to CEO as per agreed timeline. Its execution as per plan and to make proper and stable production as per target, standard and Safe operation.
Ensure HSE and production regular meeting are implemented, recorded and follow up.
Supervise and Review of Engineering & Production process.
Ensure that all required procedures for HSE are available and understood by all personel.
Regularly conducted HSE Training/Briefing aligned with requirements.
