1. Posisi: Sourcing & Contract Management Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations to obtain the best deals.
- Research, identify, and establish relationships with prospective suppliers and manufacturers.
- Manage the tender process and supplier selection effectively.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, quality, and terms with suppliers.
- Ensure contract compliance with company regulations and policies.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage contract administration and legal documentation related to procurement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to forecast future supply needs.
- Utilize e-procurement systems and SAP for procurement management.
- Resolve supplier and contractor complaints or claims.
- Manage changes and implement best practices in procurement and contract management.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, Economics, Law or a related field.
- Experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Contract Management, preferably in the mining, oil & gas, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
- Understanding of procurement regulations and policies.
- Procurement & Supply chain certification would be advantage.
- Experienced in O&M contract and outsourcing system.
- Experience in international contracts and sustainable procurement practices.
- Proficiency in contract management software and data analysis tools.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin, both written and verbal communication.

2. Posisi: System Management Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the ISO 9000 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14000 (Environmental Management System) procedural systems.
- Conduct internal audits regarding the implementation of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures established under ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
- Prepare audit reports and monitoring results, providing regular reports to management.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on procedures and standards for employees and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform risk analysis and implement controls related to quality and environmental management systems.
- Develop system based on ISO standard requirement.
- Ensure that existing management systems are always updated and aligned with regulatory changes and the latest ISO standards.
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience develops, manage & implementation of ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 procedural system.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards and internal audit processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training and awareness sessions to various employee levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear and timely reports.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- ISO 9000 or ISO 14000 auditor certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of sustainability and environmental management is a plus.
