1. Posisi : Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities :

• Carry out the procurement of goods/work tools/spare parts/services in accordance with the applicable plans, specifications, policies and procedures to ensure that goods and services are available on time, in accordance with the quality and quantity that have been determined in order to support the company’s operational activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/D4) majoring in Management, Engineering, or Logistics
• Having 1 years of experience in the same or related positions in Coal & Fuel Industry or other similar industries
• Familiar with Procurement System and Ship Spare Parts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to be placed in Kelanis, Central Kalimantan

2. Posisi : Maintenance Foreman

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for planning, monitoring & implementation processes and documentation & reporting for maintenance activities
• Perform asset management functions on assets under maintenance such as Maintenance jetty, building, electricity, pump, etc.

Requirements :

• Minimal D3 majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Have at least 3 years of working experience in the related field in Port Industry or other similar industries
• Have competence in Port Maintenance
• Have Basic Life Support & Basic Fire Fighter Certificate
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis – Central Kalimantan

3. Posisi : Port Section Head

Responsibilities :

• Leading and being responsible for the port management function both in operational activities and supporting activities for AL barge to barge coal transfer activities
• Responsible for all B2B (Barge to Barge) operations (PJO) both operational and supporting
• Dredging Project Coordinator
• Ensuring the availability and continuity of work procedures (SOP) of each personnel

Requirements :

• Minimum ANT III or A.Md majoring in Port Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Port Section Head or in the related position in similar industries
• Have an excellent Port Management and Shipping & Marine Practice
• Have competence in Berthing unberthing and Loading arrangement
• Able to work shift
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis – Central Kalimantan

4. Posisi : HSE SPV

Responsibilities :

• Carry out management, supervision and continuous improvement in the application of the principles of Safety, Occupational Health and Environment (K3LH) so that the work process on barge to barge transfer (B2B) activities can run safely and comply with applicable regulations.

Requirements :

• Minimal S1 majoring in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimal have 3 years experience in Health, Safety & Environment Field in industries with a high risk of work accidents
• Have Ahli K3 Umum and Penanggung Jawab Pengendalian Pencemaran Air Certificate
• Have experience & ability in handling auditor ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis – Central Kalimantan

5. Posisi : HR Officer

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring the implementation of Human Resource activities (management and development employees also company organizations) and General Affairs (transportation, accommodation, maintenance of company assets, etc.) in order to support company operational activities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Psychology / Management / Administration / Law
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position, preferably experience in HR Operations in Fuel or Coal Industry
• Having experience in recruitment & selection management, and office administration
• Having experience using the SAP system is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan (Kelanis)
