Posisi: HR Internship
Lokasi: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
2. Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company
   job vacancies
3. Conducting all employee recruitment and selection activities
4. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
5. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
6. Create reports on the HR-related process when required
7. Assist in arranging new hire orientations
8. Recap, report, and conclude competency measurements carried out on all employees as the basis for compiling training needs
9. Ensure the fulfillment of administrative documents related to recruitment and ensure its completeness in accordance with applicable procedures.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in Psychology
2. Minimum having experience in related job for at least 1 year
3. Having knowledge of recruiting
4. Able to conduct psychological test administration and scoring the test
5. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
6. Good communication and analytical thinking skill
7. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
8. Able to work with good accuracy
