About the Program
Join our dynamic 12-month Management Trainee Program under Ofi Future Impact Talent Program (ofi FIT) designed to develop future leaders in the cocoa manufacturing industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and curious individual to join our Manufacturing team as a Management Trainee specializing in Production. This role offers hands-on exposure for the incumbent to work with larger operations team and other cross functional team to enhance production process, improve production efficiency, increase cost savings, and ensure product safety and quality while managing safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end production processes and daily operations
- Implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives
- Analyse production data, downtime, and suggest improvements
- Participate in shift supervision and coordination
- Support initiatives aligned with ofi’ s “Choices for Change”—focused on improving operational sustainability and reducing waste
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure food safety, product quality, and continuous improvement consistent with global manufacturing practices
Learning & Development Opportunities:
- Structured mentorship from experienced production engineers.
- Exposure to capital projects and plant improvement initiatives.
- On the job training in industry-standard process control platforms and tools.

Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or final-year students majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Internship or academic project experience in automation or control systems is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia without visa sponsorship
