We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate individual to join our team. Our 12-month Management Trainee Program in Operations and Project Management offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into life at Air Liquide. This structured program allows you to deeply explore your interest in the industrial gas industry while developing your professional skills and competencies.

You will be immediately immersed in on-the-job learning, taking on a real role under the guidance of a senior business leader. This hands-on experience is enhanced by rotations to related job units, providing a comprehensive understanding of various functions. Expect a challenging learning curve that requires you to be highly self-driven, proactive, resourceful, and resilient.

To further support your growth, you will be paired with a senior business leader at Air Liquide who will serve as your reporting officer and mentor. You can leverage their extensive knowledge, experience, and perspectives to successfully complete the program. This mentoring relationship is driven by you, and we encourage you to make the most of this valuable opportunity.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical and Civil)
• Entry-level applicants (2024 or 2025 graduates) or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of full-time work experience are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, excellent numerical and communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin and/or English) are an advantage

The application process will be:

Stage 1: Application Start

• Apply through LinkedIn or Jobstreet and must complete the Google Form (by clicking apply now button) to help us understand your fit for the Management Trainee Program. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an on-site interview at Universitas Indonesia in July 2025.

Stage 2: Onsite Interview at Universitas Indonesia

• Attend the on-site interview at Universitas Indonesia, where you can learn more about Air Liquide through engagement sessions with business stakeholders, focus group discussions, and interviews. Target event date in July 2025. Please note that candidates are responsible for their own transportation costs to the campus hiring venue.

Stage 3: Onsite Interview at Air Liquide Indonesia Office

• Participate in an on-site interview at the Air Liquide Indonesia Office. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. Please note that candidates are responsible for their own transportation costs to the Air Liquide Indonesia Office.

Stage 4: Offer

• Following Stage 3, successful candidates may be offered a place in the Management Trainee Program, with a potential start date in August 2025.
