1. Production 1 – Raw Material – Group Head

Job Description :

• Control and monitoring Cutting and Cooker Process
• Troubleshooting Autoclave, Retort, Cooker
• Review and ensure the team’s work according to Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures

General Qualification :

• Bachelor Degrees of Chemistry Engineering, Food Technology, Fisheries or related major
• Good in English (Oral and Written)
• Minimum 2 years in Production Role Role at Food Manufacture

Skill competence :

• Familiar with manufacturing environment
• Have knowledge about Autoclave, Retort, Cooker process
• Have knowledge about TPM and 5S
• Man power planning control skills
• Good leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

2. Production 2 – Cleaning – Unit Head

Job Description :

• Maintain yield (budomari), cleaning speed and cleaning quality within standard
• Maintain personal hygiene and equipment sanitation within standard
• Develop and motivate Cleaning worker
• Review and ensure the team’s work according to Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures

General Qualification :

• Bachelor Degrees any major
• Good in English (Oral and Written)
• Minimum 1 years in Production Role Role at Food Manufacture

Skill competence :

• Familiar with manufacturing environment
• Have knowledge about Production process
• Have knowledge Food Safety
• Man power planning control skills
• Good Ms. Office skills
• Good leadership skills

3. Production 2 – Packing – Group Head

Job Description :

• Control and monitoring of production process in Packing Section
• Control KPI achievement, 5S and TPM implementation in Packing Section
• Conduct support tasks in Packing Section
• Review and ensure the team’s work according to Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures

General Qualification :

• Bachelor Degrees of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or relatied major
• Good in English (Oral and Written)
• Minimum 2 years in Production Role Role at Food Manufacture

Skill competence :

• Familiar with manufacturing environment
• Have knowledge about Production process
• Have knowledge about TPM and 5S
• Man power planning control skills
• Good leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

4. Production 3 – Warehouse – Unit Head

Job Description :

• Control and monitoring achievement packaging and labelling process according to PPIC planning
• Control KPI achievement, 5S and TPM implementation on Warehouse
• Maintaining and troubleshooting for production machine
• Conduct support tasks in the warehouse section
• Review and ensure the team’s work according to Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures

General Qualification :

• Bachelor Degrees of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or relatied major
• Good in English (Oral and Written)
• Minimum 2 years in Warehouse Role at Food Manufacture
• Freshgraduate are welcome

5. Production 3 – Warehouse – Group Head

Job Description :

• Managing Finished Goods and Inventory in Warehouse including storing, mapping, and outgoing
• Control and monitoring of production process (unloading, packaging and stuffing)
• Control KPI achievement, 5S and TPM implementation in Warehouse Section
• Planning development plan for Warehouse employees
• Conduct support tasks in Warehouse Section
• Review and ensure the team’s work according to Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures

General Qualification :

• Bachelor Degrees of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or relatied major
• Good in English (Oral and Written)
• Minimum 2 years in Warehouse Role at Food Manufacture

Skill competence :

• Have knowledge about Warhousing (FIFO, FEFO, etc)
• Have knowledge about TPM and 5S
• Man power control skills

6. Quality Control – Unit Head

Job Description :

• Verify Production Process
• Control Equipments/Tools and Chemicals Condition
• Conduct Microbiological Analysis

General Qualification :

• Bachelor Degrees of Exact Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Tchnology) or related major
• Good in English (Oral and Written)
• Minimum 1 year in Quality Control Role at Food Manufacture

Skill competence :

• Have Knowledge about QC Role
• Have Knowledge about Microbiology (plus point)
• Have Good Ms. Office Skills
• Good Leadership Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
