1. Posisi: Food Innovation Staff Factory Cikarang

Job Descriptions :

• Develop new meat processing & other product regularly to update new variant
• Liaise with QA Division to decide the new factory product launch
• Liaise with Purchasing Division and suppliers to ensure raw material needs
• Develop standard recipe menu for new product factory, manage sensory panel test with production team to produce the approved new product
• Planning, monitor new product launch and existing product stability
• Reporting to Manufacturing Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from Food Technology
• Minimum 1 years have experience as Research & Development Staff in a F&B factory especially sausage product
• Have basic knowledge of food regulations such as food safety standars and food cost management
• Involve deep in internal and external audit (related to BPOM, Halal, BPJPH)
• Familiar with sensory panel test
• Creative, independent, fast response/learning
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work placement at Food Factory Cikarang (Deltamas)

2. Posisi: Media Public Relations Specialist

Job Description :

• Develop a media & Public relation plan including strategy, goals, and tactics
• Cultivate media relationships, manage press releases, and monitor entertainment media coverage
• Maintain corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with the company brand
• Manage all relevant communication channels including but not limited to digital channels, social media, displays and printed channels, etc
• Organize and develop exhibitions and events (Online and Offline)
• Collaborate effectively with team members and internal clients to set expectations, advance projects and troubleshoot issues
• Liaise with the advertising agency, event organizer or third party regarding the program / product campaign
• Handle the PR budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective marketing initiatives
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of PR strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements :

• A minimum of 4 years working in Media & Public Relations
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relation, Communications, or a related field is required
• Proven experience in crisis management and the ability to handle sensitive communication issues with discretion
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Networking skill in building relationships with media and influencers
• Ambitious, structured, creative, self starter
• Excellent communication, social media proficiency, adaptability, and teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work
