1. Posisi: Staff Research and Development

The Role :

• Ensuring that the entire production process runs according to applicable standards and regulations
• Make periodic reports and other reports requested by superiors
• Conduct laboratory trials, production trials, and periodic evaluations and communications with the R&D Center in Jakarta
• Responsible for the availability of specifications, product standards, and manufacturing standards for manufactured products
• Doing internal coordination between departments concerned related to the production process
• Carry out 5R, K3, and ISO documentation, CPKB with consistency and responsibility

Requirement :

• Pharmacist Professional Formal Education or Bachelor Degree (S1) – Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from University with Accreditation A (Excellent)
• Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year Work Experience in Research & Development Division of a Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) or Cosmetics or Toiletries (Goods used for washing and for face care, body care, and hair care) or dishes, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment
• Have knowledge about Cosmetics Regulation, CPKB, and Halal
• Have an active STRA and have not been in charge anywhere
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Likes work in the Laboratory and in the field and knows several Laboratory Instruments, can work with teams and individuals
• Willing to take part in the Recruitment in Cakung, East Jakarta, and Work Placement Process in Gresik, East Java

2. Posisi: Staff Production Filling (Liquid)

The Role :

• Responsible for the implementation of the production process and minimize the occurrence of waste and process failures
• Make a weekly production work plan with PPIC, and describe and control it into a daily work plan
• Delegating production work plans, reviewing and validating the work of the production team regarding production report creation
• Coordinate with other departments related to the production process
• Improve the Skill & Knowledge of the production team.
• Ensuring company regulations 5R, K3, SOP can run well.
• Organizing the execution/implementation of ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, HAS 230000 procedures in the Production department
• Perform all tasks related to production activities.

Requirement :

• Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor (S1) – Mechanical or Electrical or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh Graduate or 2 years work experience in FMCG production
• Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday

The Role :

• Analyze and repair problematic injection molds.
• Perform maintenance on molds that are in production or on standby
• Coordinate the manufacture of mold spare parts with machine tool operators.

• Make a daily work report on the work that has been done every day

5. Posisi: Staff Injection

The Role :

• Machine repair, new mold settings if needed, changing old mold parameter settings
• Collect, use and store raw materials according to procedures.
• Carry out the production process according to the Production Order and the predetermined targets
• Maintenance of machines and supporting tools so that the production process is not hampered
• Process administration related to production (data input to the system, report documentation, communication between shifts, etc.)
• Coordinate the work of team members, work improvement, and development (training) of production team members.
